A marketing operator with a health & fitness background

I'm a digital marketing specialist & media producer with a background in exercise science, clinical operations, and facilities management.

I studied kinesiology and business at UAB while working as a personal trainer. After graduating, I spent five years in clinical research and also taught anatomy for UAB's Biology Department. During that time, I became a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and continued to coach on the side.

Somewhere along the way, I picked up a camera and started creating photos, videos, and marketing materials for sports teams, coaches, and non-profits in my network. That creative hobby turned into a viable commercial offer, and in 2022 I went all-in full time.

For the next couple of years I worked with clients across the Southeast — sports teams, coaches, clinics, and local businesses — running marketing that didn't just look good, but moved real numbers.

Then in 2023 I landed at the Oxford Performing Arts Center, a 1,200-seat venue in my hometown. What started as a one-off gig turned into a two-and-a-half-year engagement running the venue's entire digital marketing operation across Meta and Google.

I rebuilt their tracking from the ground up so every ad dollar could be traced to a real result. We doubled average revenue per show, broke single-season sales records year after year, and hit the highest-revenue season in the venue's history. By the end, they had the systems and infrastructure to bring advertising fully in-house — a transition I helped facilitate.

Now I'm bringing what I learned running six-figure campaigns back to the world I came from: health, fitness, and performance. I serve as the outsourced media and marketing department for wellness businesses.

I handle strategy, ads, and systems remotely for clients across the Southeast and beyond. For content, I deliver everything from on-site production (local) to remote post-production, repurposing, editing, content libraries, and AI-enhanced assets.

My photo and video skills give clients a real edge — whether I'm shooting new footage or turning existing material into high-performing creative. Remote capture sessions are available for clients nationwide.
